THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PETROLIA COMPLETES TENDER, RFP & RFQ OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH BIDS & TENDERS
As of March 2020, the corporation has adopted a digital procurement system. bids&tenders is an online system used by a number of Ontario municipalities that makes it easy to review and register bids anytime and from anywhere.
The system will ensure potential suppliers are aware of important bid details and deadlines, and will help the Municipality reduce paper usage and communicate clearly with the business community.

By the act of submitting its tender, the tenderer waives the right to contest in any proceedings or action the right of the Municipality to award the purchase contract to any proponent in its sole discretion.
