Pre-Consultation and Application Process
To streamline the process surrounding application, in the areas of Development, Planning and Building Services, and to provide the best customer service to our clients and ratepayers, all inquiry surrounding these areas should be directed to the County of Lambton (519) 845-0801.
A number of properties within the Town of Petrolia are subject to regulations that are implemented through the St.Clair Region Conservation Authority (SCRCA). Please contact the County of Lambton (519) 845-0801 to arrange for all pre-consultation on your proposed project to speak with Maria Cossa-Rossi, Senior Planner or Corrine Nauta, Chief Building Official
To submit an application:
Access the below linked forms and provide a completed original direct to the Planning or Building Services Departments located at 789 Broadway Street, Wyoming, ON. All payment is also due at the time of application.
The Planner and Chief Building Official work closely with the Clerks & Operations Department at Town Hall to review and process your application in a timely manner, for more details on these time lines please reference the Checklist linked below under timelines.
