Petrolia Landfill Site Methane Flare Information

Please be advised that the Town of Petrolia is aware of a methane flare that is visible at the former Petrolia Landfill site located at site 4052 Oil Heritage Road, Petrolia.

This poses no risk to residents, and although it may appear that the flame is close to the ground and a potential hazard, it is, in fact, placed a safe distance from the ground.
