Notice of Public Meeting

The Town of Petrolia is holding a public meeting to discuss implementing a Development Charges By-law. Development charges are fees on new developments that fund growth-related costs to the Township, as governed by the Development Charges Act, 1997. This By-law will set out the new development charge rates. A virtual and in-person public meeting will be held via Zoom on:

Those interested in attending are encouraged to pre-register by emailing lcourtney@bmross.net. The Draft Background Report is available for review at https://town.petrolia.on.ca. Copies of the proposed By-law will be available 2 weeks ahead of the meeting. Representatives of B. M. Ross and Associates Limited will be at the meeting to present details of the Draft Background Report and answer questions.
