FLAGS AT PETROLIA MUNICIPAL OFFICE AND TOWN FACILITIES LOWERED TO HALF-MAST FOR POPE FRANCIS; JORGE MARIO BREGOGLIO.
Petrolia – Following a request from Mayor R. Brad Loosley, the flags at Town of Petrolia facilities have all been lowered to half-mast this afternoon as the community mourns the loss of Pope Francis, Jorge Mario Bergoglio.
As per the flag policy in the Town of Petrolia, the flags are lowered to half-mast upon notice of passing or at request of the Head of Council and will be restored to full height following a funeral or other arrangements.
