Petrolia Santa Claus Parade and Chili Cook Off Winners
Petrolia, ON – The annual Chili Cook Off and Santa Claus Parade were held the first weekend of December in Petrolia. Chili was served by the Petrolia & District Lions Club, The Lambton Central Petrolia Optimist Club, The Rotary Club of Petrolia, The Community Services Advisory Committee, The Petrolia and Area Kiwanis Club, and The Petrolia Heritage Advisory Committee. Sweets and hot chocolate were served by the Margaret Stokes Chapter of the IODE. New Life Assembly provided the photo booth and live music.
The Lambton Central Petrolia Optimist Club had their Angel Tree, greetings were brought to the community by Town Crier, Les Whiting; the 2022 Petrolia and Enniskillen Fair Ambassador Annianna Rowe; Pastor Tim Brown blessed our community; and with help from Mayor R. Brad Loosley the lights were lit to welcome Christmas to Petrolia!
The wagon rides were a huge hit with many families enjoying them!
